Ben is a litigation attorney and a recent graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law. While at Mizzou, Ben served as a Student Advocate in the law school’s Veterans Clinic where he provided pro bono representation to our country’s veterans as they pursued claims for disability. He was also selected to work as an associate member of the Missouri Law Review.
He believes that everyone deserves access to quality legal representation, regardless of physical ability or socioeconomic status. Ben’s passion for representing those in need led him to Burnett Driskill, where he strives to provide compassionate and effective legal services. Ben mainly focuses on litigating Short-Term and Long-Term Disability claims under ERISA, though his practice includes assisting SSDI claims as well.
